We’ve been working with Phoenix since 2010 to deliver engineering services, including field support, logistics and solutions implementation.
As a key partner, we work closely with Phoenix to ensure we have the same goals. Our aim is to deliver an inspiring customer experience – we do this by continuously improving quality and service delivery and monitoring customer feedback. Phoenix is subject to the same commitments. Monitoring and improving the customer experience, enabled though CSAT scoring, is crucial to the relationship.
