RedPrairie EMEA Customer Conference Draws Largest Attendance in Company History

Corporation, a global supply chain and retail technology provider,
announced today that its two-day EMEA customer conference, RedShift:2012,
was the best-attended European event in the companys history. The event
was held in Old Windsor, UK on 10-11 October.

sell goods and services in the future.”
Nearly 300 supply chain and retail industry executives were present at
the thought leadership event, which is aimed at providing insight into
the rapidly changing world of commerce and the supply chain. Attendees
heard the views and opinions of more than 15 leading retail and
distribution experts, including RedPrairie CEO Mike Mayoras vision and
strategy for keeping commerce in motion for customers around the world.
On the events opening day, CEVA Logistics CIO Peter Dew delivered a
keynote presentation looking at how the company uses technology as the
main enabler for achieving its strategic goals, while Dino Rocos, John
Lewis operations director, outlined how systems and technology play a
critical role in the delivery of the future of retailing, whether as a
means of capturing sales, executing transactions or managing the
customer experience.
One of the highlights of the second day was provided by Kees Jacobs,
global leader all-channel experience at Capgemini, who explained how the
companys objective was to understand how a range of channels and
devices are used by shoppers during the shopping journey and how to help
retailers benefit from the results.
