Mona Lakshmi Rao launches her Website Mona Lysa Productions

Mona Lakshmi Rao is all geared up to launch Mona Lysa Productions, a Delhi based fully integrated independent production company in New Delhi on November 16th 2012.

On this day she would also be celebrating her birthday along with the success and launch of her website Mona Lysa Productions. Launch will be held at her house at 12 Padmini Enclave, Hauz Khas with great pomp and fair. Under the starry sky and chill breeze the night will be called upon by breathtaking performance by Sufi maestro Sabri Brothers.

Mona Lysa Productions facilitate feature films, documentaries and theatre productions. They have been established and known for providing production support to both national and international films. The vision is to provide excellence in the field of cinema that enables to produce exquisite work of art that would bring about new cinematic experience.

Few of her extraordinary works include ‘Alternative Beginning’ based on lesbian couple, separation from reproduction by artificial insemination. A couple of scripts are written by Mona which are totally woman’s based script, where a man is shown as a loser but very empathetic towards women. There are scripts written by famous artists like Alka Raghuvanshi.

On this occasion Mona Lakshmi Rao excitedly states, “An air of apprehension sets in as I prepare to take the plunge into the sea. A sense of excitement bellows to go ahead to achieve something I desired since many a years for gone. The clock tics and a multitude of emotions pass through this present sterile mind”.
